Get more SMS opt-ins without having to place an order: 

3 options: 

1. Promote the short code ‘Text “JOIN” to xxx-xxx-xxxx’ — find this in Customers --> Settings -->  scroll down to “Text to join” --> then print in-store signage or use to promote on social. See example below.
   • OR print and post this “TEXT TO JOIN” sign around your restaurant as well encouraging sign ups without requiring a purchase.

2. From Dashboard: Customers --> Marketing --> Contact Collection --> edit signage, if needed, with brand colors, then download and print! (example for the original shack below). This captures both email and phone for SMS opt-ins.

3. Send an email campaign to your current loyalty users (instructions starting on page 7 --> HERE)

Reminder for building the database while taking in-store orders --> Have the FOH ask every guest to enter their phone number at the start of ordering so they can earn their points and not miss out on exclusive offers from your shack!
