R365: Resetting App Access

To reset employee app access, you will need to follow the steps below from the support article:

  1. Navigate to the Employees page.
  2. Click on the desired employee record.
  3. Select the Basic Info tab.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and locate the Access section.
  5. Check the App Access setting.
  6. Save the employee record.
  7. Click Send Temporary Password to notify the employee
