Square: Adding Items to the Grid

Here are the quick steps from Square Dashboard:

TO ADD THE ITEM TO YOUR POS GRID:

1. Select ‘Items & Menus’
2. Select ‘Menus’
3. Click on ‘Main Menu’ text
4. Scroll down to “Limited Time Offers” category
5. Select “Add Items” (search for item you are adding example: “$6.99 – 6pc Boneless Wings + Side”)
6. Select “Done” to add to POS Grid

**NOTE: if you search for a menu item in your Item Library and it’s not there, that means it’s archived. See instructions here for how to unarchive here. **

TO HIDE THE OFFER FROM 3^RD PARTY MENUS:

7. Go to ‘Item Library’
8. Search for and Select the menu item 
9. Scroll down to “Where it’s sold” and Toggle off Doordash & Ubereats as shown below
10. Click Save & Exit

** this logic applies to all menu items listed on your POS grid.
